Scott has been in the insurance business since 1994. In 1996, he formed Hansen Brokerage Services, Inc. with his father David C. Hansen, and in 2000 become sole owner of the company. Gerard Montigny – Illustration Specialist
Gerard joined the Hansen team in 2010 after spending 20 years in customer service in the golf industry. He has a passion for number analysis and strategic development of client proposal requests. Gerard will work with you to discover the best possible solution for your hard to place cases.
Tina Spaans – Underwriting Case Manager
Tina has extensive experience in customer service and account management, having worked in both the manufacturing and service industries for over 25 years. As Case Manager, she can assist you with submitting your new business applications and will work closely with our carriers to make sure your case is proceeding through the underwriting process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Lisa Mills – Underwriting Case Manager/Licensing Specialist
Lisa has over 20 years of customer service experience in both the banking and financial industries. As Case Manager, she can assist you with your new business applications, contracting and licensing and case management. She will work closely with our carriers to make sure your case is proceeding through the underwriting process as quickly and efficiently as possible all the way through to policy issue.
Stephanie Feddema – Brokerage Director
Stephanie has spent the past 8 years in marketing in the financial services industry. “It is my
commitment to our producers to use my marketing background and knowledge of the insurance
industry to assist with practical ways to reach out to clients and grow their business through life, long
term care, and disability sales”.
Stephanie possesses a team- based solutions approach that utilizes the unique capabilities of each team
member to ensure the best in client service.
Stephanie is a co-chair on the board for West Michigan NAIFA, holds her Life & Health, and Property &
Casualty Insurance licenses. She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing in Consumer Behavior
at Grand Valley State University.
